What is the Return Policy?
You can return your products within 14 days of receiving your order. However, returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, unwashed, and undamaged. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these conditions.
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. For products returned within 14 days of the delivery date, your payment will be fully refunded to your original payment method, excluding the original shipping fee.
How Can I Return a Product?
Please send your return request to info@mountnest.com. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and the address to which you should send the products.
All products must be unused and in their original packaging. MountNest is not responsible for products lost or damaged during the return process.
Important Information:
- You must package and send the products you wish to return in their original packaging, undamaged, and unused.
- When returning fragile products, they must be packaged with the original protective materials (foam, bubble wrap, box). The customer will be responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping.
- For hygienic products, protective seals and labels must not be removed, and the products must not be used.
- After checking the product’s compliance with the return conditions, you will be notified via email. Your return will be processed within 3-5 business days after approval.
- Products that do not meet the return conditions will be sent back at MountNest’s expense.
What is the Exchange Policy?
Currently, we do not offer product exchanges. However, you can return the product within 14 days of receiving it and place a new order for the desired product.
Is the Return Free?
MountNest does not cover return shipping costs, which are the buyer's responsibility.
What Should I Do If I Receive a Damaged Product?
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please email info@mountnest.com, and we will assist you.
How Long Does It Take to Process My Return?
We process returns as quickly as possible. Once the product arrives, we will check its compliance with the return conditions. After the return is accepted, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method.
You will be notified via email when the refund is processed. The reflection of your refund in your bank account may take 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.
